While Amazon does pop up occasionally on TopCashback, the offering is generally limited to certain categories of purchases, and there’s no cashback at all available at the time of writing.
So I was very pleased when I saw Marriott Rewards launch its new UK-focused online shopping portal, Marriott Rewards MORE, and that it included Amazon (where you’ll get 4 Marriott Rewards points per £1 spent).
How do you earn Marriott Rewards points with Amazon?
If you shop online via Marriott Rewards MORE, you can earn Marriott Rewards points on your purchases (which of course also convert to SPG points at a rate of 1,000 MR points to 333 SPG points).
Who else is on there?
- Banana Republic
- Chain Reaction Cycles
- Charles Tyrwhitt
- Links of London
- Marks & Spencer
- Mr. Porter
- NBA Store
- NFL Store
- Osh Kosh
- Pen Shop
- Red Letter Days
- Shop Marriott
- The Outnet
- Thomas Pink
What’s the earning rate?
The earning rate varies by merchant (and, we understand, periodic promotions). However, by way of example you will get:
- 3 points per £1 spent at Boots
- 4 points per £1 spent at Amazon (per the above)
- 4 points per £1 spent at Debenhams
- 4 points per £1 spent at Marks and Spencer
- A massive 16 points per £1 spent at Red Letter Days.
You will also currently earn 1,000 bonus Marriott Rewards points on your first purchase of £25+.
